Our properties are pet-friendly and filled with natural light, offering ample storage, well-lit private parking, and a non-smoking environment. Additional features include a dedicated office space, a fenced yard for your furbaby, an in-unit washer and dryer, access to a community pool, and a security system for your peace of mind.

- Minimum Stay
Please note that our Homeowners Associations (HOAs) require a minimum 30-day stay. As such, refunds are not available within the first 30 days, even if you check out early.
Dog Only Pet Policy
1. Dog Size and Breed: Only dogs under 50 lbs are allowed. Certain breeds may be restricted, so please confirm your dog’s breed before booking.
2. Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per stay to cover additional cleaning.
3. Pet Deposit: A refundable pet deposit of $200 may be required. This will be returned at the end of your stay, provided no damages have occurred.
4. Number of Dogs: A maximum of three dogs, totaling 50 lbs, is allowed per unit.
5. House Rules:
- Dogs must be house-trained.
- Dogs should not be left unattended for extended periods. If you need to leave your dog alone, please use a crate.
- Excessive barking or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, and could result in termination of your stay.
6. Yard Use: Please clean up after your dog promptly. Waste bags will be provided.
7. Damage: Any damage caused by your pets will be the tenant’s responsibility. Please report any accidents or damage immediately.
8. Health and Safety: Dogs must be current on vaccinations and flea/tick prevention. Proof of vaccinations may be required.
9. Leash Policy: Dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit unless in a designated off-leash area.
10. Cleaning: Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive pet hair, odors, or damage are found upon checkout.
